In order to ensure that parts we manufacture meet the highest quality standards, all of our processes comply with the quality assurance system DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.
Continuous interim checks during the production process, statistical analysis of the measured results and final inspection and testing at the end of the production process ensure that everything we deliver meets our customers' quality expectations. This process is assured with regular monitoring, calibration and inspection of the measuring and testing equipment in our specially equipped precision measuring laboratory.
Thanks to our ScanMax articulated-arm coordinate scanning device from Carl Zeiss, we are able to measure and document not only dimensional tolerances, but also shape and positional tolerances. Contour measurements are performed with the profile measuring machine Contracer CV 3100.
In addition, among our equipment we also have a hardness tester which is used to measure the hardness of components before and after heat treatment.
