At OPTIMA, every year we offer young people the opportunity to train and obtain professional qualifications as a cutting machine operator. The apprenticeship closely follows the requirements of the 'real' production environment and is driven by the aim that those who successfully pass their final exams will be taken on by the company. In this way, we hope to ensure a steady supply of our own highly qualified employees for the future.
